Our patented new solar product the Home|Power|Station has been installed around the Kwa Mashu area nestled in the valley of a thousand hills in Kwa Zulu Natal. These pilot units have been functioning well, and changing the lives of the people in the areas of installation. Similar pilot projects are currently being deployed in Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Burundi. |

In the above photos, the hut on the left is the kitchen, this forms part of the a group of dwellings shared between a large family with 6 young children all still attending school. When speaking to the eldest child, she told us that it took a lot of her time going to collect wood and candles and parrifin for light so the children could do their schoolwork in the kitchen in the afternoon and evening. The moment we installed the first unit, the children beamed with joy as the pages of their books were noticably more visible and clear minus the waving shadows that were previously cast by the candles. The other thing that made the girl smile widely was the fact that she could plug her cell phone into the Home|Power|Station and it began charging right away. |
